A case has been filed against the Congress leader, a close associate of Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi, Sam Pitroda. Ramesh N. R., former leader of the ruling party, Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) and President of Anti-Corruption Forum has filed a complaint before the court in Bengaluru. The petition is filed under Section 4 (2) of the Karnataka Land Grabbing Prohibition Act 2011. The allegations include fraud, corruption, illegal government land acquisition, and abuse of power. The case is expected to be heard in court on March 10. The complaint was filed by Rameshin R., a former member of the Indian National Congress (I) and a former advisor to India’s Telecom Department under former Prime Ministers Rajiv Gandhi and Manmohan Singh. The court will hear the case from March 10 to March 11. The matter is expected in court from March 11 to March 12. The date of the hearing has not yet been announced.
