A large number of BPSC aspirants staged a protest march on Monday, demanding a re-examination for the 70th Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) prelims. The protestors alleged irregularities in the examination process and urged the government to take immediate action. Union Minister Chirag Paswan extended his support to the protesters, urging the B PSC to consider their demands. In response, the Patna district administration stated that FIRs had been registered against 350 protesters for disrupting peace and law and order at Nehru Path, Veerchand Patel Path, and near the Income Tax roundabout. He revealed that even members of his own family who appeared for the exam had reported mismanagement at their examination centers. He also demanded the government release the treasury reports of Gaya and Nawada, alleging irregularities in their examination process. He claimed that a scam had taken place, stating, \”There is definitely a scam.\” Expressing confidence in the legal process, Khan Sir stated that the government is likely to conduct the re-exam, as evidence has already been presented in the High Court. He emphasized that the court’s decision is expected to be in favor of the students.
