The movie is based on the novel, ‘The Secret Life of the Indian Girl’ by Amitabh Bhattacharjee, which was written by Ravi Agrawal and published by Harper’s Bazaar. It was released in India on September 14. The actor is currently promoting the film in the US and is set to release it in the UK on September 21.
