The women in the videos are believed to be from the Payal Maternity Home, a private hospital in the city of Gandhinagar in Rajasthan, India. The nursing staff have not yet commented on the videos. The police are investigating the videos and the uploading of the videos to the internet. They say they will file a case under sections 66E, 67 of the Cyber Crime Act of India, which relates to the use of computers for surveillance of people in public places.
