He said that it usually takes 10 to 15 years to make a vaccine and their cost comes from 200 million to 300 million dollars. As Kovid-19 aims to develop the vaccine in a year, the expenditure may increase by a hundredfold, ie from 20 billion to 30 billion dollars.
