Former wicketkeeper-batter Rashid Latif hints Pakistan to introduce fresh players for New Zealand T20Is. Pakistan failed to win a single match in the eight-team ICC Champions Trophy and faced an early exit. Latif took to X to share the list of players who are under consideration for the New Zealand series. Reports suggest that some senior Pakistan cricketers are reportedly considering stepping away from the upcoming New Zealand tour to avoid the risk of being dropped due to their recent poor performances. There are reports that interim head coach Aqib Javed is expected not to get an extension in his role with the new coach taking charge of the side for the T20I series. Pakistan will travel to New Zealand to play five T 20Is and three ODIs. The series starts on March 16 and runs until March 23. The final match of the series is scheduled for March 25 in Christchurch, New Zealand. The first T20 of the tour will be played at Hagley Oval, Christchurch.
