Mauritius PM Navinchandra Ramgoolam hails Indian diaspora’s contribution to the Mauritian economy. He also announced his government’s decision to bestow the country’s highest honour ‘The Grand Commander of the Order of the Star’ and Key of the Indian Ocean’ to Prime Minister Modi. It is also the 21st international award bestowed upon PM Modi by a country.
