Nicol Suarez, an illegal immigrant transgender from Colombia, charged with first-degree rape. She allegedly followed a 14-year-old into a bodega bathroom and attacked him. Suarez was also sought by the US immigration and customs enforcement in New Jersey and Massachusetts. She was being held on Rikers Island, online records showed Saturday. \”He destroyed that little boy’s life!\” a nearby deli owner said of the alleged attack, according to the New York Post. \”All my body is trembling, I want to sit. I can’t explain how I feel. I’m more than enraged,\” the owner said. \”It just goes to show that Donald Trump and [border czar] Tom Homan are correct that you need to get the violent people out of New York City,\” a source told New YorkPost. \”ICE could just apprehend this person and deport them back. But due to our sanctuary laws we can’t do anything,\” the source said, adding that Suarez has an ICE detainer.
