Shark Tank India judge Namita Thapar met Go Zero founder Kiran Shah in Pune recently. She said she has been a big fan of the zero-sugar ice cream brand and had therefore reached out to Shah for a meeting. \”With sales of Rs 5 crore in January (the off-season for ice cream), this fabulous Shark Tank founder is on track to do an ARR of Rs 100 crore,\” she wrote on X. Shah had said on the show that he wanted the brand to generate Rs 33 crore in revenue within the year. He asked for Rs 1 crore in exchange for 1 percent equity from boAt co-founder and CMO Aman Gupta. Gupta agreed, but asked for a 1.5 percent stake for the same amount. The brand recorded Rs 5crore in sales in January and is well on track for Rs 100crore this year, she said. The show is currently on its fourth season. The episode will be aired on Sunday, February 25.
