Shehnaaz Gill lost almost 55 kilos in just 6 months. The actor revealed her diet plan in a conversation with Shilpa Shetty Kundra on Mirchi Plus. She had revealed in the interview that she begins her day with a cup of tea and turmeric water along with apple cider vinegar. During the evening, she roasts a few makhana in ghee. Makhana is rich in protein, fiber, and antioxidants, it supports weight loss, digestion, and heart health. It is also high in magnesium, calcium, and phosphorus, promoting strong bones and reducing the risk of osteoporosis. For dinner she prefers a plate of khichdi with curd and doodhi ka soup. A lighter meal reduces acid reflux, bloating, and indigestion, allowing the stomach to process food efficiently. The presence of flavonoids boosts immunity and fights inflammation.
