Stalin says there is a situation of reducing the number of Parliamentary seats as part of the delimitation exercise. He says the state is ready for a \”language war\” over the issue. The state has 39 seats in the Lok Sabha, which has a total population of 2.2 million. The current Lok Sabha is expected to be re-elected in a general election later this year. The election will be the first since the death of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in 2008. The vote will be held on May 25. The results will be announced on May 26. The next Lok Sabha elections will take place on May 28. The elections will be fought on the basis of the results of the last Lok Sabha election. The result will be known on May 29. The Lok Sabha will then hold a special election to elect a new Lok Sabha Speaker. The winner will be chosen by a secret ballot, with the result being announced on the same day as the next general election. If the election is held on the 28th May, it will be decided on May 27. If it is the 29th, the winner will not be announced until the 30th May.
