‘The Brutalist,’ ‘Conclave,’ and ‘Anora’ are likely to compete in the Best Film category. If the film manages to bag a BAFTA, it would be a clear indicator of which film will be winning at the Academy Awards as well. ‘A Complete Unknown,’ a Bob Dylan biopic, as well as ‘Emilia Pere’ are the films who received nominations for the best film at BAFTAs. The ceremony is going to be held on March 2, 2025, and will be broadcast live on BBC1 and BBC2. For more BAFTA news, visit BAFTA’s official website and Twitter account @BAFTAs2019.
