The Islanders chased down the target in mere 12.5 overs. The loss ends England Masters’ hopes of qualifying for the knockouts of the tournament, although they still have to play one more game in the competition. The win puts Sri Lanka Masters at the top of the points table, while England Masters drop to second place in the group stage with two games remaining. The final match of the group stages takes place on March 11. The winner will face either India or Australia in the semi-finals of the IML 2025 on March 14. The other semifinal will be held on March 17. The winners will then face either Australia or India in the final on March 18. The draw will be made on March 19.
