JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon criticized Rohit Chopra, who served as third director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Dimon called Chopra \”an arrogant, out-of-touch son of a b***h\” Dimon also dismissed employee complaints about the bank’s five-day return-to-office policy during a town hall meeting. He told employees that if they didn’t like the policy, they were free to leave, emphasizing that it was a “free country.” The company recently ended its hybrid work, calling more workers back to the office as COVID restrictions ease. Some workers even considered forming a union, with nearly 1,000 signing the petition against the 5-day office requirement. “Don’t waste time on it. I don’t care how many people sign that f***ing petition”, Dimon said of the petition, adding “It was a free country” and urging workers to focus on improving efficiency rather than complaining.
