However, the one person she is most grateful to is her boyfriend, Rocky Jaiswal. Hina has credited her boyfriend as her pillar of strength during her cancer treatment, saying he’s been an unwavering source of support. The actor also got emotional while talking about Rocky’s support. She revealed that she met him on the set of her debut show, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. In a heartwarming revelation, she confessed that they sparked romance with a simple hug, which later turned into an undeniable connection that made them realize they were destined to be together. But, Hina also reflected on her first meeting with her beau, Rocky, and shared she had the pleasure of knowing him for over 12 years. She added, “We bond over food and travel, and there is so much love between us. This really hit him hard. I always tell him, ‘I can’t love you the way you love me.’ But he never takes pride in it; he doesn’n’t even realise it.”
