A 21-year-old man was beaten and stabbed to death by a woman’s family in Maharashtra. The attack happened near the victim’s home in Hadgaon town on Friday evening. The assailants used sticks and kicks before fatally stabbing him. The victim’s mother was also assaulted when she tried to intervene. Police arrested 10 people and registered a murder case against them in Nanded district, Maharashtra, on Sunday. The perpetrators alleged that the victim had engaged in harassment and stalking behaviour towards her, an official said. The police have arrested 10 persons in connection with the attack that took place in hadgaon on Friday night, the official said, adding that a case has been registered against them.
