Fortnite servers are now back online following a scheduled downtime for a March 11 update. Epic Games had announced the planned Fortnite downtime and the expected duration of the update, March 11 (today) maintenance period before the server shutdown earlier. The update introduces fresh content highlighted by the MLB-themed Shohei Ohtani Icon Series. Players will also find multiple new weapons available in the Black Market, and Siphon makes its return within ranked matches. The Getaway mode, a fan-favorite from Chapter 1, is back and playable until April 1. Meanwhile, Week 4 Battle Royale quests will go live on March 18 and remain available until the season ends. The expected quests include: Deal 54 damage to opponents using The Kneecapper. Eliminate 3 players from a distance of over 50 meters. Place in the Top 17 in 3 matches. Throw 17 items. Travel 59 units of distance while sliding continuously.
