Gene Hackman, 95, and his wife Betsy Arakawa, 63, were found dead in their home in Santa Fe, New Mexico, in the US last month. The couple’s dog, Bear, is healthy and is currently at an animal facility. The dog who died was their 12-year-old Australian Kelpie mixed-breed named Zinna. The cause of the couple’s deaths remains unknown but authorities believe the couple might have been dead for a while before their bodies were discovered. Authorities have also retrieved personal items, including a monthly planner and two cell phones, from the home.
