The biggest absentee in Pakistan and Dubai are the 2004 champions West Indies. India start their campaign against Bangladesh in Dubai on February 20, followed by the blockbuster against Pakistan (February 23) The same weekend will feature World Cup champions Australia against England. The semi-finals are scheduled for March 4 and 5 in Dubai and Lahore. However, if India qualify, the final will be played in Dubai.
